RLP Diversified, Inc. began in business in 2000 offering top quality excavating and grading services. Since our beginning, RLP Diversified, Inc. grew to be a multi-function services company based in Burlington, Wisconsin providing building demolition, concrete demolition, pond construction, lawn grading and seeding, and excavating services. In 2013, Andy’s Excavating became RLP Diversified, Inc. RLP Diversified delivers the same top quality service as in the past. We use Cat, Bobcat, and New Holland heavy equipment to perform our excavating services, road and parking lot construction, grading, and demolition.

RLP Diversified, Inc. is top notch for road grading, rough grading, and finish grading. We rough grade and finish grade roads and highways, agricultural, commercial, and industrial construction and earthmoving projects anywhere in the state of Wisconsin. Grading and earthmoving projects include stripping topsoil, backfilling basements, spreading topsoil, seeding lawns, and various site work grading.

RLP Diversified, Inc. offers pond excavating, pond construction, pond maintenance. Our projects have included work for municipalities including the State of Wisconsin and the Department of Natural Resources. We work with shoreline protection and we can remove old nonfunctioning seawalls, railroad ties, and broken concrete. We then install the necessary means to protect your shoreline. Often the DNR allows the landowner to re-gain some of the lost shoreline.

DEMOLITION

RLP demolition services include concrete destruction, building demolition, demolition of structures, cleaning the demolition area and removing the concrete rubble. Concrete destruction is performed on driveways, foundations, parking lots, and roads. Once the concrete rubble has been removed we are able to recycle it.
